Costume
info:
-
Each actor will be provided with a Jungle
Book t-shirt to be worn during the performance unless
otherwise “ok”ed with Al. These t-shirts are for the actor to
keep!
-
Each actor will also be loaned accessories. These costumes need to
be returned to RCT after the show.
-
For the bottom half, each actor needs to find something black that
they can move and dance in to wear for the performance…pants,
leggings, shorts…. Again if you have other
ideas for your costume it must be “ok”ed by Al. We are trying to
make the show look uniform and not have anyone stick out unless the
character calls for it.
-
Hair needs to be pulled back from the eyes so we can see their
expressions onstage.
-
We will not be wearing stage make up for this show.
Parents….Please make sure the
kids go over the songs and their lines when they receive
them. Practice any movements with the songs
the actors have. Please practice giving them their cues for their
lines so they know the line before theirs too. To learn projection,
the actors will not be using microphones so please practice
projecting loudly, thanks! We need to get off script as soon as
possible to get this show ready for the last day of camp!
Here’s to a great
show! We always look forward to working with
these fine young actors! Thanks so much for
sharing your kids!
